Don't like the product you bought from us? There is no problem. Fill in the 30-day warranty form on the after-sales service page and send us the watch according to the same document.  

Land of Watches, with a comprehensive understanding of online purchases and the possibility of discrepancies in the received product or problems in this field, should provide the procedures for returning or exchanging the product according to the type of problem that has occurred as the following:  

Your product is vacuumed and presented in a special package of Land of Watches along with other accessories. Please remember that the opened vacuum is considered a purchased product and can not be returned. Also, all its accessories, including the box, warranty, and handbag of that product, must be returned with it.
In the absence of any of these items, we are exempt from providing the 30-day return service.The deadline for returning or exchanging the product in 30 days for dear residents of Dubai and other cities is calculated from the time of sending the order.

Dear friend, please note that the conditions mentioned are not applicable for products purchased in the installments or at the sales festivals (discounted products). 
If you have purchased a product during a discount festival and the vacuum has not been opened, you can only replace the product within 30 days and replace the previous product with a new product at the current price.

Purchased product, not your favorite?

The products you buy from the website (watches, sunglasses, and jewelry) may not align with your mind's ideal and are not your favorite. You have the right to use the product you like.

For this reason, dear residents of Dubai:
When you receive the package at your door, you can deliver the product (without opening the vacuum and with the same packaging) to Land of Watches's cooperator in case of disapproval and accept only the shipping cost. You have up to 30 days to exchange or return when you receive the package. But please note that the product must still be vacuumed. Also, apply for replacement or return before 30 working days.

The contradiction of purchased product with site information

The apparent discrepancy in the watch (for example, the color or appearance of the strap and dial) can be seen without needing to open the vacuum. Product delivery It is possible to return the product within 30 days. 

It is necessary to send the product wholly with the same packaging and invoice without opening the vacuum.
Please note that the product's 30-day warranty will not apply if the vacuum is opened.
Suppose the product is returned due to apparent discrepancies; since the Land of Watches after-sales service department receives the product and confirms the customer's request if there is a need for a refund, it will take three working days to refund the payment.The shipping cost will be Land of Watches's responsibility in case of discrepancies with the information posted on the site. 


Technical defects in the purchased product

 

After the customer confirmed the product and opened the vacuum, the purchased product may have a technical problem. It takes 48 hours (for regular watches) and seven days (for mechanical hand-winding watches) to determine the technical problem. In that case :
Products are not refundable after opening the vacuum. Therefore, after sending the product to Land of Watches and confirming the technical defect by our experts: 
If there is another model of your purchased product, Land of Watches will replace it for you.
If the purchased product is unavailable, it is possible to repair it.
According to the mentioned conditions, to use this feature, it is necessary to inform the after-sales service unit about the technical problem within 48 hours to 7 days after receiving the product. Also, it is possible to return the product within 30 working days from the time of receiving.
Moreover, you should note that for your peace of mind, the costs related to fixing the technical problem of the product and transportation are the responsibility of Land of Watches.
It is necessary to pack the product carefully and send all the accessories and invoices with the whole package if there is any technical defect.
All these operations must be recorded in the after-sales service department for tracking.

When returning the product, please consider the packaging rules mentioned before.
Labeling or writing a description, address, or any other item on the watch's box or tearing and damaging the envelope will eliminate the possibility of using the return guarantee. (If necessary, write your description on the back of the purchase invoice or a separate piece of paper.) 

- If you live in other cities, use Pishtaz post to return the products. It should be noted that the cost of returning the goods, except for the Pishtaz post, is the customer's responsibility, and the company has no obligation for these costs. However, the Pishtaz post fee will return to the customer's account by submitting the invoice and bill of the post company based on the post company's regulation after confirming the after-sales service.
