Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via the official Dubai Post service, ensuring safe and timely delivery both within Dubai and internationally.

Shipping Time

All confirmed orders are handed over to the shipping service within 1 business day. The delivery time to the customer depends on the destination address and the official Dubai Post’s delivery schedule.

Shipping Costs

 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight and charges will be calculated during checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer

Out-of-Stock Item

In the rare event that an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may then choose to replace the item with an alternative product or request a full refund.

International Shipping

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes [name of eTailer/supplier] to act as its representative for the importation of the goods. The consignee further agrees that [name of eTailer/supplier] may delegate this responsibility to a subcontractor (such as a customs broker). All applicable taxes and duties, in addition to the purchase price of the goods, shall be borne by the consignee.


Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be available in your user profile, allowing you to monitor your package’s status.

Packaging

 All products are securely vacuum-sealed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please check the integrity of the seal upon receiving your package.

Delivery Issues

 If you experience any delivery issues (such as delays, damage, or lost packages), please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is only possible under the Return Policy terms.
