In 2003, the TAG Heuer Monaco Sixty-Nine was released, reinventing its icon. This was TAG Heuer’s concept watch which combined the original
TAG Monaco watches
manual-winding movement with a new, digital chronograph movement, all in the same case. In 2004, TAG Heuer released the Monaco Python for women, as well as the Monaco V4 Revolution, running on a mechanical movement involving a linear weight, belts, four V-mounted barrels and ceramic ball races.
